Leverage Live Local prepares and manages Florida Live Local Act property tax exemptions for multifamily owners. We represent more than 90 properties and about 30,000 units. Demand is not our constraint. Operations is. This seat owns the operating system that lets us grow without breaking.

• Every exemption application submitted correctly and on time, every cycle
• Decision tracking by the statutory deadline, logged in the system of record
• Denials and appeals, every one, with deadlines met

• One shared source of truth for the team, the software, and our clients

Your scorecard at 90 days and 6 months. On time filing, denial rate, contract to filing ready, recurring compliance completion, and founder escalations. Legal deadlines are 100 percent from day one. Full targets are on our careers page.

This is for you if you have walked into a messy, growing services business and made it run tight, you like being measured on real numbers, and you have managed a team of three or more. You must be able to work core hours overlapping 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern US time.

This is not for you if you have never owned operations for a multi million dollar service business, you would rather build strategy decks than run a daily operating rhythm, or you want a strict nine to five.
