Senior UX Researcher & Analyst
Casechek
Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor supported surgical procedures. Research and analysis are what differentiate this role from a traditional designerâwe expect you to bring a point of view, not just execute directionâbut the design output is real, it matters, and it is yours to own. You will be expected to leverage AI throughout your entire workflow to operate effectively as a team of one.
Your day-to-day work will require intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to move from ambiguous questions to structured recommendations. You should be comfortable operating without heavy direction, adept at working with AI tools to accelerate your output, and confident enough in your point of view to present and defend it in a room with Product, Engineering, and leadership.
Casechek is a small, highly collaborative team. You will be the only designer hereâresponsible for both the research that informs decisions and the design work that ships. That means significant autonomy, direct access to customers and stakeholders, and real ownership over the product experience. If y
